Clinical Care: In-person and telehealth spinal-care services provided under U.S. law.

Disc University: An educational and lifestyle program, not a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Disc University for Professionals: A professional-development and business-coaching program; it does not create an employment, agency, or franchise relationship.

No information provided in these services should be interpreted as medical, legal, or financial advice outside the defined scope of each program.

5. Medical Disclaimer

They do not substitute for an in-person examination or professional diagnosis.

All content—including videos, text, logos, graphics, course materials, and protocols—is owned by Dr. Sean McWilliams or licensed partners.
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the material solely for your own learning or patient use within the terms of your program.
No reproduction, redistribution, or resale without written permission.

9. Communications & Consent

By providing contact information, you consent to receive communications from us by phone, SMS, email, or electronic messaging consistent with our Global SMS Privacy Policy.
You may opt out at any time by following unsubscribe instructions or replying STOP to SMS messages.

For international users: you agree that any disputes shall be resolved under Georgia law and that you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Fulton County, Georgia, USA.

17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

If a dispute arises, parties agree to attempt informal resolution first.
If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Each party bears its own costs.
